How it works

1. 1

   Your route

You choose the type of move, enter validated addresses and a date. We calculate the road route to classify the trip (local or long distance) and ask the right questions.

2. 2

   Your details and consent

You say how to reach you and explicitly accept sharing with at most the stated number of companies. You can then add optional specifics (floors, elevator, access, special items) for more accurate quotes. The newsletter is a separate option, never pre-checked.

3. 3

   Movers contact you

After review, your request is forwarded to eligible companies in your area. Depending on your contact preference, 3 to 5 movers may reach you with a quote.

Before selection

An anonymized summary: origin and destination areas, approximate distance, date, type of move, approximate size and access. Never a name, phone, email or exact address.

Selected companies

3 to 5 companies, depending on your contact preference, receive your contact details and the information needed to prepare a quote.

Exclusive or shared

A request may be reserved for one company or shared among several, never exceeding the maximum you consented to.

• The exact number of quotes you will receive.
• A specific delay before you are contacted.
• The price, availability or performance of the move, which are the chosen company's responsibility.

You remain free to compare, negotiate or decline any quote. A binding quote should be reviewed by the company from confirmed information, not just an automatic estimate.
