Déménagements.ca connects people who are moving with eligible moving companies. Déménagements.ca does not perform moves and is not a party to the contract between you and the chosen company.

• The request is free and creates no obligation.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only genuine requests.
• No number of quotes, response time or price is guaranteed.
• You are free to accept or decline any quote.

• Access to requests is reserved for companies whose account has been reviewed.
• A customer's contact details may only be used to offer a quote for the requested move.
• Reselling or disclosing contact details to third parties is prohibited.
• Each company remains responsible for its prices, services and compliance with applicable laws.

Before purchase, each request shows its price (taxes extra), whether it is exclusive or shared and the maximum number of buyers. Payment is processed by Stripe; a purchase is confirmed and contact details unlocked only after payment confirmation. Refund policy (fraudulent, duplicate or inaccurate requests): [to be completed]

Moving OS subscriptions are monthly, paid in advance by card through Stripe (taxes extra) and renew automatically each month. The company may change plan or cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Price and profitability estimates produced by the software are based on the rates entered by the company and are not a guarantee of revenue or profit.

To the extent permitted by law, AR Dezign is not responsible for the performance of moves or for damage caused by companies.
